True Furniture Design By Hans Wegner

Hans J. Wegner was one of the best of all Danish furniture designers. His work combined excellent craftsmanship and commitment for modern living. His work is today internationally popular furniture design. His work is minimalist but preserves function. The best of his work, he has many beautiful designed chairs.

Hans J. Wegner Wishbone Chair also created a "Y-chair" or the "CH 24" chair, and was first introduced in 1949, known, and it is still in production. Classical portraits of Danish merchants and traders lazing in the Ming-inspired chairs, Wegner, the Wishbone Design play for that period. The Wishbone chair is the first chair, Hans Carl Hansen & Son issued begun production and thus, their long and fruitful relationship, which almost sixty lasted decades. The chair got its name from the shape of his back, and has, surprisingly, Carl Hansen & Son and Wegner most successful presidency by far. The series of chairs were the creation of Denmark is one of the world's pioneer in modern design.

But back in the 50s when he first released, it was not given much attention, the general response was sad, and few have been purchased by the retailers for their showrooms. But as the years passed, Consumers suddenly began to look and some fifteen years later, it was the number one seller in the collection of Carl Hansen. And over 50% of annual Production are held by 17,000 units and in Denmark alone, sold, and the other 50% are exported, but Japan has almost half of this figure.

The design of the chair is very light and has an armrest, although there are still a very compact furniture. The semi-circular upper rail, the curved back legs, the convenient Bench, which together with the Y-rich ornamentation done back makes the chair visually inviting and warm. A user of the chair can move freely in the chair, and the back makes great support, the armrests are sufficient enough to provide satisfactory support for your main weapons, and are easily coupled to the chair with a table. The Wishbone chair is ultimately very adaptable to any room scenario and is the obvious choice for dining rooms and other areas that it does not much room to play. The Y-chair is a chair that creates its unique structure allows the evidence of spaciousness.

The dimensions of the chair are 70cm high, 74cm wide, 52cm deep and 44cm seat length. The chair is in many wood stains, beech, black painted or stained, walnut, oak oiled lathered include soaped maple, American cherry soaped, lathered, maple and ash etc. The padding decisions are within Woven Papercord of black or natural cord, with the possibility the seat cushions. There is also a great rainbow of different colors that it could come in. The Wishbone chair is Carl Hansen and Wegner's flagship product, and since the increase in sales, It was produced in large quantities in the last fifty years, probably making it one of the mass-produced furniture in the story.
